Insurance & Payments
We accept all insurances. Our staff partners with YOU and YOUR FAMILY! As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims for you and help you get your bill paid. Please note that insurance companies generally only pay a portion of the bill and you will be responsible for payment of the outstanding balance. We will assist you in estimating what will be your portion of the cost, but we cannot guarantee how your insurance company will handle each claim or for what benefits they pay on a claim.
It is your responsibility to know your insurance coverage and to provide us with the most current insurance information. Bringing your active insurance card to each visit helps avoid any confusion. Please update us with any changes in coverage, including change of policy name, company address, employment, etc.
We accept cash, personal checks, and debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.) Payment is due at the time service is rendered.
